1. Consultancy Services

SavvanaTech provides expert advisory in ICT Strategy, Educational Audits, and Professional Career Mentorship. Our services are provided on a professional advisory basis. While we strive for excellence, the implementation of our strategic recommendations remains the responsibility of the client institution.

2. Intellectual Property

All strategic frameworks, audit templates, and digital assets developed by SavvanaTech Consultancy remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a separate service-level agreement (SLA).

3. Engagement & Strategy Sessions

Bookings made through our "Strategy Session" portal are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions to ensure the appropriate senior consultant is available for your specific industry needs.

4. Professional Confidentiality

We adhere to strict non-disclosure standards. Any proprietary institutional data shared during ICT audits or education strategy sessions will be held in the strictest confidence, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

SavvanaTech Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical transitions or institutional restructuring based on our advisory services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Eldoret/Nairobi.
